  老闆重嘉的麵包烘焙技術是自學而成的,並且希望用課程的形式邊學邊做。我們期待客人定下學習時間表,無論來訪日子多長、甚麼時候上課,也由客人決定,彼此可以教學相長。

  我們也歡迎對麵包烘焙有認識的朋友可以來交換心得,在交流同時也可以分享去旅行的經驗,以及客人所專長或嗜好的東西。這個模式也如同「在路上」一直以來強調的「交換、共享」的概念。因著我們彼此對旅行、接觸新事物的熱情,希望這個課程會是另一趟難忘經歷。

  ChongJia learns bakery by self-study and hopes to continue with courses. Customers can set their own schedule. No matter how long you will stay or when you want to have lessons, these are all up to your decisions as we believe this is a good way for us to learn and improve together.

  We also welcome friends who have acquaintane of bakery to exchange the skills and knowledge. And you can share your traveling experiences, specialized skills or interests in the course. This programme lives up to the founding concept of "On The Way" —— "To Exchange, To Share". With our enthusiasm towards traveling and new stuff, we hopes this course will be our another memorable experience.
