我們認為教育可以多元化，並不局限於體制之下，因此萌生了為孩子探索其他學習方式的念頭。這個形式跟「打工換宿」相似，而時間則會較長一點(例如三個月到半年)，參加的朋友可以來我們家住，然後提供我們家小孩家教服務，無論是學科知識還是某項技能，均可申請，下面是我們希望教師的要求：
 

年齡：20-35歲

學歷：高中或以上

需要照顧小童：2個

　　We believe education can be diversified, instead of institutional. Therefore, we come up with an idea to let our kids have different possibilities in learning. This programme is quite similar to work exchange and will last for a longer period (e.g. three months or half a year). You can have a long accommodation at our home by offering our kids family education service. Friends with knowledge in certain subjects or fields are welcome to be our guest. Here are some requirement for applicants:
